The organisation exists to coordinate, advise and support voluntary organisations operating in the Sandwell area. Its aims include the advancement of education, the development and physical improvement and the furtherance of health and the relief of poverty and distress. Nature of support: In 1984 the Trust approved a grant of £5,000 per annum for two years to support a Resources Development Project. This minute was discontinued after only £1,250 was allocated. Later in 1984 the Trust approved a new employment grant for the Development Officer post at £7,500 per annum for up to three years. In 1986 the payment of this grant was transferred to the Paul S.
