The aims of the WSCA are 1) to associate with local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance the interests of the area, 2) to provide facilities for social, cultural and recreational activities, 3) to generally improve the condition and facilities for the inhabitants of the area of West Smethwick without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions.
