Applicant overview: The St Leonard's Housing Association was established in London to provide homes for ex-prisoners and their families. In 1976 this organisation merged with Bridgehead and South West Midlands housing associations to form the Stonham Housing Association. Paul S. Cadbury made loans to St Leonards at a low interest rate as a way to invest the surplus Fund resources in an ethical manner. Nature of support: In 1967 the Fund negotiated a series of loans to St Leonards exceeding £8,000. This total was increased by £2,000 in 1970 and £1,850 in 1971.
