AdminHistoryThis show was divided into four parts, with the aim of making political ideas accessible to audiences through the stories and experiences of real people.

Part One was 'Little Red Mole' and dealt with the case of Bob Whiskens, a shop steward with British Leyland. Originally at the Rover works in Tyseley, he was transferred to the main Rover plant in Solihull when Tyseley was closed. Known as the Little Red Mole for his political activities, he attempted to resume union activities at Solihull but was disowned by his trade union as well as Rover's management.

Part Two was 'Stories of Change' which addressed issues arising from the Miners' Strike of 1984/5; Part Three was 'Finding Out for Yourself' which considered British soldiers being stationed in Belfast and being exposed to a nationalist, Irish perspective. The final part was 'The Struggle continues'.

The inaugural show was at the Farcroft Public House, Rookery Road, Handsworth on 5th December 1987. It later toured in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. Miriam Dale was the tour organiser for Banner Theatre.
