DescriptionTwo copies taken from the Registry of the Perogative Court of Canterbury. Bequeaths lands and tenements in Allermoor in the parish of Aller, Somerset to her cousin John Alloway, son of William Alloway of Bridgwater, merchant and Hannah his wife, and his heirs. If he is without issue, the same lands are to go to Jane and Hannah Alloway, daughters of William Alloway, and Hannah his wife. If they die without issue, the lands are to go to their mother Hannah Alloway and after her decease to any other daughters and their heirs. In default of such issue, the lands are to go to Mary Baker, wife of Edmund Baker of Tiverton, Devon, on condition that she pay a sum to Thomas More, John More, Anne More, Sarah More, Rachel More and Elizabeth More, daughters of Thomas More deceased. Bequeaths pasture land at Allermore held on lease to Thomas More, son of Thomas More, and pieces of Broad Goald to Andrew More. Also makes bequests of money and personal estate including furniture and silverware. Appoints Hannah Alloway as sole executrix
