Hants., clerk, Richard Terrick Stainforth of Hutton Lodge, esq., and Charles Thomas Hudson of Wanlip, co. Leic., esq., being a settlement previous to the marriage of the said Margaret Staunton and Henry Woodcock of her estates in the Isle of Wight, co.Hants., of the Ley Farm with lands and appurtenances in Strensnam, co. Worc., and of estates in Sibton and Yoxford, co. Suffolk together with covenant to settle her estates in Galway and elsewhere in Ireland, upon her marriage. With appointment annexed, dated 28 January, 1829, by the said Rev. Henry Woodcock and Margaret, his wife, or John Jones of Lincoln's Inn, London, esq., as a trustee of their marriage settlement in place of Sir C.T. Palmer, bart., deceased, formerly the said Charles Thomas Hudson, and conveyance from the said Richard Terrick Stainforth, by the direction of the Rev. Henry Woodcock and Margaret, his wife, to the said John Jones of the said estates upon the trusts of the marriage settlement. |
