This is assumed to be a rough edit of Part (ii) of the third programme of 'Off Limits'. (The master assembly is not currently located.)
Track 1 features Barbara Dane performing a song with the chorus 'Insubordination' (this was given an introduction at the end of the preceding tape).
Track 2 records a discussion between Charles Parker and the journalist Irwin Solber about responsibility of and guilt within American society for the consequences of the Vietnam War. Reference is made to protest action by US service personnel as examples of individuals reclaiming their humanity.
Tracks 2 - 4 describe the actions of soldiers from Fort Hood, Texas in preparing for and attending a demonstration in support of the US Peace Movement. Track 5 records Barbara Dane performing a protest song with the chorus 'Bring them home'. This was based on an existing song but with new lyrics composed by Fort Hood soldiers.
