AdminHistoryCharles Parker worked with American anti war campaigners to produce a series of programmes about the Vietnam War, with an emphasis on American resistance to the U.S. government's policy towards Vietnam. It also considered discrimination within the USA against black people and the struggle of all poor people against capitalism. Billed as 'A Report from London to Vietnam', 'Off Limits' was targetted at American service personnel based in South East Asia. It contained music, commentary and interviews and provided a platform for some British but primarily American anti-war activists, as well as draft resisters, student and worker protesters, and performers of folk and protest songs.
