| Description | Tracks 1 - 13
These tracks are a continuation of the meeting of Redditch Action Committee and they largely record discussions about communicating with the public. Leaflets, posters, booklets and a petition are all considered. The need for and venue and format of a meeting are considered and the merits of suggested speakers are considered.
Charles Parker advises the meeting of a street theatre performance undertaken in Birmingham's Bull Ring Shopping Centre some time previously. This production ('Christmas Choppers' see MS 1611/B/6) was reported as being an effective protest against public sector cuts and Parker suggests something similar for the Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Redditch. The need for such a performance is queried by some members of the action committee (Tracks 8 - 9).
The meeting discusses the Redditch Education Pressure Group (Headless Cross) (Track 5) and also local residents' associations, including Greenlands Residents' Association (Track 6).
