| Description | In 1864 Elizabeth Taylor was given a Pomeranian-Esquimaux puppy called Oliver Twist, the son of her aunt Caroline Cash's dog Hero, who she referred to as Twist. Twist died aged eleven between August and September 1875. This section contains a memorial produced by Elizabeth in honour of Twist, a lock of his hair and a letter from Elizabeth's younger sister Annie Frances.
