| Description | This leatherette bound Walker's 'Year by Year' book covers the years 1936-1940 featuring a page for each day of the year with room for entries over a period of five years for each date. Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury has added the day of the week to the date for entries throughout this diary which vary in length and detail. The diary also includes an entry for New Years' Day 1937. Small markers are enclosed loose within the diary including a marker reading 'Dubrovnik Sept: 26. to Oct: 8.' enclosed between pages dated 5th May and 6th May. An additional marker reading 'Oct: 14th-15. Return journey [from] Dubrovnik' is enclosed between pages dated 14th October and 15th October. |
