The oldest members of the Bournville Friend's Meeting had also visited Taylor Cadbury along with four young people representing the Meeting's youth club, 'The Lofts'. Women from the Estate Office at St. George's Court in Bournville had also visited Taylor Cadbury on her birthday.
The reverse of this card reveals a printed invitation which was issued by Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury to members of staff at the Cadbury factory in Bournville and their families and also students at the Selly Oak Colleges, inviting them to an afternoon garden party on Wednesday 30th June 1948 to celebrate her ninetieth birthday. |
