DescriptionThis newscutting from 'The Friend', the journal of the Society of Friends, includes a birthday greeting to Elizabeth Taylor Cadbury in the form of a short article entitled 'Ninety Years Young!'. Taylor Cadbury's 'activities and engagements' are described in the article which remarks on the daunting variety and number of public works in which she was involved. Taylor Cadbury's association with the National Council of Women, the National Liberal Association, the Council of the League of Nations Union and Birmingham City Council is acknowledged, as well as her work with 'other public bodies in Birmingham, and for hospitals, schools and housing.'

The writer also remarks on Taylor Cadbury's 'concern for the Society of Friends and its work', particularly her 'support and encouragement' and her presence at Meeting for Sufferings.
