AdminHistoryAnne Chamberlain (nee Vere Cole), daughter of army officer William Utting Cole, married Neville (Arthur) Chamberlain (1869-1940) in 1911. The couple had one daughter, Dorothy, and one son, Frank. Neville Chamberlain served as British Prime minister between 1937 and 1940, resigning shortly before his death. Anne Chamberlain outlived her husband.
