This deed states that 10,000 £1 British Cocoa and Chocolate Company Ltd. ordinary shares transferred to the Trust will be used in the same manner as if they had originally been allocated in 1920, the date of the original Trust deed. This deed is marked for use in evidence in matter of the Trustee Act, 1925 between Paul Strangman Cadbury and Others, Plaintiffs, and Her Majesty's Attorney General, Defendant in 1971.
