Cadbury Trust Supplemental Deed to the original Trust Deed for charitable purposes dated 21 February 1920 and supplemental to deeds dated 20 September 1926, 09 July 1930, 23 March 1933 and 03 December 1934 and an appointment dated 22 December 1934. This deed states that 25,000 £1 British Cocoa and Chocolate Company Ltd. ordinary shares transferred to the Trust will be used in the same manner as if they had originally been allocated in 1920, the date of the original Trust deed.
