| Description | This sequence consists of what appears to be annual general meetings of the Paul S. Cadbury Trust with annual and bi-annual accounts, subscription lists and supporting notes. The minutes begin on 14 June 1938 and continue in a running number sequence for a short period before each set of minutes resets to the number one. Minutes continue until 01 December 1968. A considerable amount of time passes from one 'annual' meeting to the next in the early part of the sequence. The first meeting is held in 1938 and the second in 1943. Accounts begin for the year ending 05 October 1932 and end for the half year ending 05 October 1968. With the exception of the first annual accounts the remainder of the accounts sequence is bi-annual. Minutes are signed by Paul S. Cadbury. File 'a' contains minutes for 1938 to 1943, file 'b' contains minutes for 1944 to 1956 and file 'c' contains minutes for 1957 to 1968. A note in the beginning of the sequence mentions the foundation of the Trust in 1931 and lists Trustees with brief notes on shares, dividends and the banking account. |
