This minute sequence contains a complete set of the first twelve meetings of the new board of the Paul S. Cadbury Trust that first convened on 19 January 1986. These meetings are recorded under headings similar to: 'The Twelfth Termly Meeting of the Board of Trustees'. It appears that full meetings of the new Board occurred bi-annually before more regular meetings were introduced on the quarterly basis. Annual general meetings of the Trust are also included. Gaps in the minute sequence likely result from informal meetings not included here or errors in recording. A number of duplicate copies are present. This file appears to have been compiled from staff and trustee copies of minutes and agendas. Files labelled 'a' to 'b'. |
