The second set of minutes dating 01 December 1968 resets from minute one and then continues largely in sequence for the remainder of the file. The Trust held an annual meeting as well as infrequent informal meetings. A single set of Chapmans Hill School Farm Ltd. minutes are numerically integrated into the Worgan Trust minute sequence. The minutes of this Company appear to be incomplete. Prior to 1978 Trust meeting minutes are recorded on gold paper. From 1978 onwards minutes appear on gold paper with agendas on green (or blue) paper. This file appears to have been a personal copy kept by Anthony Wilson. |
