| Description | Correspondence and related material including plans pertaining to the conveyance of Knowles Mill (also known as Coventry Mill) in the Dowles Brook Valley of the Wyre Forest from Paul S. Cadbury to The National Trust. This initial transfer of land occurred between 1937 and 1938. The fishing rights on this land were in turn leased by the National Trust to the Bournville Village Trust in 1938. Paul Cadbury maintained an interest in Knowles Mill, helping the National Trust meet the cost of improvements and repairs on the property including underwriting the costs of a retaining wall in 1969/1970.
