| Description | An apparently complete series of minute sequences with supporting agendas, correspondence and other papers of Chapmans Hill School Farm Ltd. including the Chapmans Hill School Farm Steering Committee, the Chapmans Hill School Farm (Farm) Committee, the Chapmans Hill School Farm (Education Committee), the annual general meeting of Farm Directors, other Directors meetings and Chapmans Hill School Farm Management Committee meetings. This sequence begins with a series of steering committee meetings convened by Paul S. Cadbury from 1972 to 1973. The first formal meetings of the Chapmans Hill School Farm (Farm) Committee occurred in 1975. These minutes were numbered from minute one and reset after each meeting. Irregular Chapmans Hill School Farm (Education) Committee were also held. These two committees dealt primarily with operational farm matters and were not attended by Farm Directors. Their work was later subsumed into the Farm Management Committee. Directors attended annual general meetings as well as occasional non-AGM meetings. These meetings were recorded from minute one and did not reset after each meeting though this practice was not applied with consistency. AGM minutes appear to be complete from 1984 (twelfth meeting) to 1988 (sixteenth meeting). Meeting minutes from 1983 onwards were usually recorded on gold paper. Some Worgan Trust minutes are also included. |
