CRT operates at a national and local level to advance education and employment opportunities for ethnic minority groups. The local offices in London operate an employment scheme offering training for young people and advice on setting up small businesses. Nature of support: In 1984 a small grant of £250 was allocated to CRRC travel expenses. A further seminar grant of £334 was made that same year.
