BIE encourages exchanges to deepen the understanding of the islands of Britain and Ireland. BIE services include, 1) conducting introductory meetings, seminars and courses for those interested in a deeper understanding of British/Irish relations, 2) identifying and introducing exchange partners, 3) arranging and supervising initial visits, 4) acting as an on-going advisory body for those participating in exchanges, and 5) arranging and providing conferences and meetings for those wishing further development of their links and interests.
