Applicant overview: PRG was established in 1976 as a local group of the Northern Ireland Peace People (NIPP) but became independent two years later. PRG's task is to rebuild confidence and understanding and the reduction of fear and tension at the community level. PRG operates an office where people suffering any type of hardship can come for advice and help. PRG also operates a twenty-four hour phone line to provide accurate information on tensions in the area. Nature of support: In 1990 the Trust approved a single grant of £5,000 to the PRG.
