The PCTA began its existence as the Pettigo Development Association (PDA). Nature of support: In 1991 the Paul S. Cadbury Trust approved a three-year grant to PCTA at £7,500 per annum. In 1991 a further grant of £10,000 was approved for two years to appoint a development officer. In 1993 the outstanding balance of £2,000 to PCTA was rescinded.
