RKCI was established in 1983 following the premature death of the Revd. David Kemble, a minister of the United Reformed Church, who had worked extensively with displaced people in Central London. The primary aim of PCP is the provision of advice, education, training and other services to people displaced or impoverished, particularly refugees, migrants and asylum seekers. PCP is a company limited by guarantee and was registered as an incorporated charity in 2000. Nature of support: In 2002 on the advice of Asylum, Immigration and Resettlement Programme Relevant Trustees the Trust approved three annual grants of £29,500 towards core costs.
