Its main offices are in Coleshill, North Warwickshire, but it has projects and offices throughout the diocese. The Society is a registered charity and a company limited by Guarantee. The Society offers services to people in need, in order to improve their quality of life. Christ’s command to 'love one another as I have loved you' underpins the organisation's work with children, young people, adults and families, without favour or discrimination. The Six Ways Initiative proposed in 1995 as a Smethwick based collaborative project that aims to, 1) live in solidarity with the most hidden and deprived individuals and families in the neighbourhood of St Philips, 2) uncover their gifts and potential, and 3) find ways to develop these gifts to enhance their self-esteem, and the life of the community.
