The Project aims to assist young people over statutory school leaving age that have need of education to enable them to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to maturity as responsible members of society. The Project also carries out and disseminates research on this subject and has a particular focus on assisting in the improvement of the socio-economic base of the black and other ethnic minority communities of the UK. Nature of support: In 1998 the Trust approved three annual grants of £15,000 towards the salaries and development costs of a CD based training resource for black and minority ethnic community groups.
