Applicant overview: BTEG was established in 1996 and is the only black led agency providing a critical analysis of Government led training and employment creation programmes and their impact on disadvantaged communities. BTEG disseminates identified models and approaches of good practice to the black voluntary sector and policy makers. Nature of support: In 1994 the Trust approved a single grant of £7,500 pending matching funds being secured towards BTEG research on the evaluation and implementation of the Single Regeneration Budget.
