The project is based in the Borough of Newham in East London and operates a reconciliation service to deal with conflicts arising in the borough. A major component in this project is a training programme to establish a human resource for community reconciliation volunteers. Nature of support: In 1982 the Trust approved two annual grants to establish the NCCP project. In 1984 a single travel grant was made of £500 toward conference costs in the United States. That same year the Trust increased its annual grant by £4,000. Two annual grants were also approved at £10,000 per annum. In 1985 a single grant of £10,000 was made towards the costs of premises.
