The group works within the black voluntary sector helping to ensure that the best available information on policy matters, analysis, views and reviews on changing developments in the arts, social and other related community fields. This also includes the means by which to do so locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Nature of support: In 1999 the Fund agreed to three annual grants at £12,000 for the first year and £10,000 for the two subsequent years towards running costs and the Millennium celebration.
