Applicant overview: The Circles Network was established in 1994 and aims to support people who are either experiencing social exclusion, or are at risk of being isolated through disability, disadvantage and long-term illness, to become and remain fully included in community life. Network aims include working in communities throughout the UK, with bases in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Maintaining a local presence and having the resources to respond to the needs of individuals and their families, wherever they live. The Network became a registered charity in 1995.
