(PCP). Funding source(s): Barrow Cadbury Trust. Applicant overview: PCP was formed out of the Robert Kemble Christian Institute (RKCI). RKCI was established in 1983 following the premature death of the Revd. David Kemble, a minister of the United Reformed Church, who had worked extensively with displaced people in Central London. The primary aim of PCP is the provision of advice, education, training and other services to people displaced or impoverished, particularly refugees, migrants and asylum seekers. PCP is a company limited by guarantee and was registered as an incorporated charity in 2000. Nature of support: In 2008 the Trust agreed to a grant of £40,000 to support a part-time Policy Worker who will enable Praxis to play a pivotal role in support of the human rights agenda for undocumented migrants.
