Applicant overview: the Brotherman Foundation was established for the aim of 1) advancing the education opportunities of deprived unemployed youths from the age of sixteen and older. This shall be without distinction to race, colour, creed, nationality and political/religious beliefs, 2) providing recreational facilities relevant to the development of a multi-cultural and multi-racial society, and 3) creating a social environment for all youth in and around the area who otherwise would not have the opportunity to meet in a uniformed manner to share their experiences and skills with each other.
