Applicant overview: The TMTA was established in December 1990 and its premises, the Tipton Muslim Community Centre (TMCC), opened in September 1991. The Centre lies at the heart of the Park Estate area of Tipton. The Centre aims to help the underprivileged local Muslim community, develop community confidence and improve the quality of life in social, economic, environmental and educational terms.
