Applicant overview: ITF was established in 1978 to promote education and training in the field of intermediate treatment of children and young people who are delinquent or exposed to moral danger. Intermediate treatment means the education of such children and young persons within the community with a view to reducing the need for their removal to residential institutions. Nature of support: In 1985 the Trust made a grant of £3,400 to the ITF on the recommendation of Southfield Trustees.
