| Description | Formed in 1980 the Parliamentary All-Party Penal Affairs Group (APPAG) aims to increase its members' knowledge of penal affairs and to work through parliamentary channels for reform of the penal system. Secretarial support for APPAG is provided by the Trust. Each file entry contains the minutes of the last meeting plus the agenda and supporting papers for the upcoming meeting. The date range given spans these two dates (where available). There are a number of gaps in the sequence. Missing agendas or minutes are only noted if the rest of the file is present. |
