Applicant overview: EBMS is a scheme which offers both victim and offender the opportunity to come together in an informal meeting, arranged by impartial mediators, with a view to understanding the crime and bringing about an agreement between the two parties. The Scheme is aimed at cases involving juveniles who have pleaded guilty to their offences. The Scheme is based at the Washwood Heath Centre.
