FIRM aims to promote for the public benefit and for the better preservation of law and order the provision of services directed towards mediation, arbitration, conciliation or reparation between persons, organisations or groups involved in disputes arising from criminal activity or interpersonal conflict where that dispute or conflict results from or may lead to acts of nuisance, vandalism, racial abuse or breach of the peace and to provide a focal point for the collection and exchange of information.
