The Scheme aims, through support and advice afforded by volunteers to persons in the Warwick district who have become victims of crime, to alleviate the problems and person distress which so frequently follow this experience. The Mid-Warwickshire Victim Support Scheme became the Warwickshire Victim Support Scheme in 1986. Nature of support: In 1980 the Trust approved an initial grant of £760 to WVSS plus matching funds up to £500 for money raised by the WVSS.
