MCA was created to meet the challenges faced by the Mossley Estate on the edge of Walsall. MCA operates an activity centre but had the primary aim of combating youth unemployment. Nature of support: In 1984 the Trust agreed to two annual grants of £500 to help the MCA become established. This commitment was later passed to the Fund.
