HACT combines targeted small grant making with the vision of a specialist housing development agency. The (BSCSH) was established to coordinate and make strategic proposals on homeless matters across organisations in Birmingham. Nature of support: In 1986 the Trust approved a grant of £1,500 toward a feasibility study into homeless offenders by the Stonham Housing Association Ltd. in conjunction with support from HACT.
