Funding source(s): Barrow and Geraldine S. Cadbury Trust, Barrow Cadbury Fund Ltd. Applicant overview: The CF was established in 1973 as a federation of tenants' associations in Birmingham. Nature of support: In 1980 the Fund agreed to three annual grants of £9,000 to the CF to appoint a full-time worker. That same year payments from the Trust were halted as these were taken up by the Fund. From 1981 annual grants were increased by £2,500 per annum to account for higher CF rents.
