In 1992 the project was set up as a limited company to provide a comprehensive childcare service to parents and guardians of children, to offer facilities for safe and satisfying play and to provide or arrange for the provision of such ancillary facilities and activities as considered necessary or desirable for the fulfilment of its objects and generally to advance the education and social welfare of children cared for by the Company. Nature of support: In 1990 the Fund approved a single grant of £12,000 for the first nine months of the project period.
