Applicant overview: The CCP was established to, 1) promote and interpret contemporary craft of the highest quality in non-gallery venues, through providing them with small scale, cased exhibitions and supporting panels, and 2) encourage further crafts activities within the venues through providing accompanying information sheets and ultimately workshops, demonstrations and ideas. Nature of support: In 1986 the Minority Arts Programme approved a grant of up to £4,000 per annum for two years to the CCP. This was paid through the Paul S. Cadbury Trust.
