Description
This envelope contains transcripts of interviews with Fernhill miners about the 1972 miners' strike.
Transcript 110 provides a description of the 'Saltley Gate' pickets as well as True's efforts in Southampton to promote the miners' cause, including speaking to students at King Alfred's College. A discussion of the significance of the National Power Loading Agreement [NPLA] to miners is also noted.
