Parties: Samuel Galton late of Bristol but now of Birmingham, merchant; Mary Farmer of Birmingham, spinster; and James Farmer of Birmingham, merchant and John Galton of Bristol, merchant. The file also contains two copies of the will of Samuel Galton; one dated 24 Apr 1759, and the other dated 8 May 1762. These documents include information about Galton's mortgage to Samuel Bearsley of premises in Birmingham and Saltley, about his leasehold premises in Dudson, held by lease from Sir Lister Holte, and about his moiety of premises in Paul Street and Eastridge in Taunton, Somerset.
