Transfer to John Galton and Caleb Dickinson of premises in St Augustines Bank, within the parish of St Augustine, Bristol, lately in the tenure of William Hibbs, gent, now in Prankard's tenure, held by lease under the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Bristol; property and lands at Somerton granted to Prankard and his daughter Sarah, now wife of Caleb Dickinson; moiety of close called Wyles in Bridgwater, Somerset, which Prankard holds in common with Elizabeth Alloway, spinster; moiety of three houses and lofts over them at the quay at Bridgwater which Prankard holds in common with John Galton; farm with lands in the parishes of Lynsham, South Brent, East Brent and Berrow Somerset, granted to Prankard as part of his marriage settlement to Sarah Alloway, spinster; all other property in Somerset and Bristol held by Prankard or in trust for him; ships, and several parts of ships, vessels, iron, salt goods; property at Weston Zoyland and Somerton, moiety in Droitwich, near the townhall and next to the Talbot Inn, quarter of a dwelling house in Castle Street, Bridgwater held in common with John Galton in right of Hannah Galton, Elizabeth Alloway and Joseph Gillett, with other properties in Somerset and Worcestershire including mines and quarries.
