Bequeaths leasehold tenement on estate called Watts and land at Yatton, leasehold estate called Battens at Kingston Seymor and moiety of properties in North Street, Taunton and East Street, Taunton to his friends Arthur Thomas of Yatton, yeoman, Thomas Pole of Milverton, shopkeeper, Joseph Ball of Bridgwater, tobacconist and Samuel Harwood of Yatton, yeoman. The rents from these properties are to go to Sarah Galton, widow and then to be held in trust for her daughters Edith, Elizabeth and Mary Galton. Makes monetary bequests to his son Samuel Galton and bequeaths furniture, household goods and plate to his trustees. Makes arrangements for his other daughter Sarah Galton who has no capacity to make a livelihood, and gives small sums of money to his sons Robert Galton and John Galton, who have already been provided for.
