The plans are largely coloured and comprise: plan of two pieces of land bought by Samuel Galton jnr from Mr John Lilly at Hatch Hill, Ashcot, 1809; plan of detached pieces of land purchased of Mr Woollen and Mr Barrow on Tadham Moor 1810; plan of Buscot or Bushey Cot farm in Ashcott, property of Greenhill esquire, rented by Samuel Galton jnr; plan showing Turbary in detached part on Tadham Moor, with other plans of Tadham Moor; plan showing purchases in Tadham and Westhay Moors; plans of Buscot farm in the parish of Walton and other lands in the parish of Ashcot, drawn up by Richard Hammet; plan of Aller and High Ham sale allotment purchased of the Commissioners; plan of Sandford Hill in the parish of Winscombe, Somerset; plan of the estate at Walton 1809 together with particulars of the freehold estate of John Moore Greenhill in Ashcot parish, sent to Samuel Galton jnr in Birmingham. This file also includes a list of repairs needed at Buscott farm 1813 and a copy of a lease of lands at Walton on Heath Moor (adjoining lands described) and enclosures in the parishes of Ashcott and Walton by Thomas Marquess of Bath to William Moore Greenhill of Ston Easton, Somerset dated 1803.
